Car surfing videos are wildly popular on YouTube, but people are putting their lives on the line to perform the feats. The stunt, which involves riding unrestrained on top of a vehicle with another person driving, is a dangerous endeavor that has claimed more than one life. But for adrenaline junkies, it provides a unique thrill. Inside Edition spoke to 19-year-old college student Dean Zebian, who can be seen car surfing with a group of friends in a video recently posted to YouTube.

NEW UPDATE: Statement From Owner of “The Watcher House”: The owner of “The Watcher House” told Inside Edition he wants prospective buyers to be aware of the details of the "Watcher" before they consider buying the house. He says that he was not provided that information when he bought the house and is therefore suing the prior owners. He also told us that he has instructed his realtor to disclose the information about the “Watcher” when they meet with potential buyers. The realtor in our report was not hired by, and does not represent, the owner of “The Watcher House.” In addition, the owner says he had placed a written document in the kitchen of the house disclosing the details of the “Watcher.” That document reads in part: “Prospective Buyers have received this addendum to advise them of ‘The Watcher’s letters.’ These letters have been written by an individual who identifies himself as the home’s ‘Watcher.’ The Sellers…have no knowledge as to who wrote the letters. There is currently a lawsuit pending against the prior property owners for failure to disclose information regarding the ‘Watcher.’” Inside Edition did not see and was never shown this disclosure by the realtor who showed us the home. Scott and Laura Cotes say when they bought their home they were never told that the bodies of two murdered women were buried on the property in the 80s. Inside Edition went in search of homes that hold a dark secret like the Cotes', who are suing their realtor under California law saying he failed to disclose their home's dark secret. The realtor denies the allegations. You can visit diedinhouse.com which, for a small fee, will tell you if someone's died in your house.

So-called smash and grab burglars, who break car windows and take anything left inside, are a nationwide problem. To get a closer look at these wrongdoers, Inside Edition hid a GPS tracking device inside a speaker and a designer purse, and left them in plain view in a car in San Francisco. It didn’t take long before two people broke the car’s back window and took the goods, in broad daylight. Then it was time to activate the GPS units and see where the stolen items were headed.

Many people have switched to glass bath and shower enclosures, but in the past five years, more than 2,000 have checked in to the emergency room for injuries caused when the glass doors shattered, sometimes spontaneously. Inside Edition took a look at a danger most consumers know nothing about. “It sounded like a bomb went off,” a mother named Amy said. “It burst into smithereens, basically.” She said the glass door of her shower spontaneously exploded with her 12-year-old son inside.

Two people were stunned to discover a 12-year-old boy behind the wheel. The child, is believed to have stolen the bus from a depot in Maine before taking it on a joyride. John St. Germain told IE that he was inside a car with his colleague when they saw the bus driving erratically. When the driver started smashing into signs, the duo called police. St. Germain grabbed the wheel and put his foot on the brake. The boy casually sauntered down the road "like nothing happened," he said.

As summer is right around the corner and the Zika virus out there, what mosquito repellents work best? INSIDE EDITION went down to the USDA Mosquito and Fly Research Unit in Gainesville, Florida to find out which repellents work best. Three volunteers exposed their arms to hundreds of hungry Zika-free mosquitos. The first product to be tested was the chemical DEET. It's the active ingredient in many spray repellants like OFF, Cutter and Repel. They all worked fighting off the mosquitos.

Are predatory tow truck drivers lurking in parking lots, waiting to take your car right out from under you if you leave it for just second? Inside Edition got a tip from a viewer about one particular towing operation patrolling a McDonald’s parking lot in Brooklyn, New York. The tipster said he repeatedly saw cars getting hauled away within minutes of drivers leaving their vehicle to run a quick errand. So Inside Edition left cars as bait in the McDonald’s parking lot and set up cameras to see what happened.
